Our Story

Silly Family Photo

Dr. Madonna Morgan Blair is a native of Southwest Virginia, born and raised in Richlands. She returned to the area with her husband, Roy, after pursuing her education and training elsewhere, to raise their family. They reside in Bluefield, West Virginia, with their two little boysーHarper (6) and Morgan (4).
The family enjoys spending time together, whether it’s playing with their two standard poodles, Harry & Stella, family movie night, projects involving their ‘fixer-upper’, leisurely hikes at the city park, or a quick trip to nearby Pipestem.
Having been fortunate enough to spend time at home raising her children for the past six years, Dr. Blair decided it might be time to get back to the career she loved. In the summer of 2021, she and Roy began looking for the best opportunity for her to do so. Encouraged by her husband, they decided to pursue a long-time dream togetherーopening a private audiology practice. One month later, New Hope Hearing Solutions opened its doors in Princeton!
